Daddy is outside. See that tiny little spot back there. That is him trying to get to the tractor by hiking in thigh deep snow across the pasture so he can feed hay. We are also very thankful we haven't had any calves in this storm. I firmly told those girls they weren't to be birthin' any babies in a blizzard. At least somebody listens to me around here.
I know spring is just around the corner and I don't want to wish away any time with my kiddo's while they are still little but...I am ready for warmer weather!
Now on to another subject. I wanted to share a few photos I took around the farm last fall on a beautiful autumn evening just before sunset. Ahh.

That's it for now! I think I hear my children calling me. I hope they haven't devised a plan to tie me up or something. Wish me luck!

Abbey I enjoy your blog so very much. You have a beautiful family and you are such a wonderful woman of God. I am so proud of you and Uncle Jerry would be too. Even though I rarely see you I love you very much.
Aunt Vicki
I absolutely love reading your blog. Your writing style is so good and of course it helps that I know y'all. Wish I'd had something like this when my kids were little.
On another note, I so enjoyed having Jaden again -he's been gone from Awana for so long and I loved seeing him again.
