Boys, Basketball, Babies, Birthday's and some Easter thrown in there too.

Well, it has been a month since I have sat down here but I haven't forgotten.  We say every so often "need to put that in the blog".  I have been meaning to post some pictures from the last month.  So here goes!

Cousin Caleb's Birthday...Super Hero Style!
Basketball games are where we have been spending a lot of our time lately...last one is this week

Happy Smiles on Easter Morning

Easter Egg Hunting at Aunt Christy's

Libby Grace

Did you find one Caleb?
BOYS-Over the last month We went to Caleb's 5th birthday party (he can't really be that old) and the next weekend Caleb came and spent the weekend with us.  We had a lot of fun and some good stories/memories came out of it.  He and his cousin J-rod can spin a good tale!  Their poor Mama's are in for an exciting ride over the next few years. Libby felt a little out numbered by all those boys but she can deal with it.

BASKETBALL-Jacob is wrapping up 6th grade basketball.  I thought I had a picture of him on here but apparently I don't.  His last game is this week and I will try to get a picture taken.

BABIES- We are having baby calves!  And they are pretty cute right now.  I am going to try to catch them running and playing on video to share with you later. They like to play king on the mountain on a manure pile that has been pushed up to spread on the pasture...gross?? maybe- but not for a baby calf.

BIRTHDAYS-Caleb's birthday is passed and Jacob's is this week.  My baby will be 12 and is finishing up 6th grade.  HOW DID THIS HAPPEN???!!!???  He will be going down the hill next school year, to the high school building.  This bothers me.  You will be hearing more about this in the future I am certain.  You don't mind listening to me vent do you?

EASTER-Yesterday we cut out of church a little early to head to Kirksville for Easter dinner at Aunt Christy's.  We had great food, a great time, and beautiful weather.  We followed dinner with an egg hunt and then loaded our three kids, high on sugar, into the back seat of our car for the LONG trip home.  Ahh, Good Times!

We have done some other things this month (like helping move Whitney and Micah Sidebottom) but I am kind of going with a B theme here ya know and I couldn't make that one fit.

Now...

Here is another little catching up on our life.

Last summer we took a vacation and we wouldn't tell the kids where we were going. There was a lot of  guessing where we were going, sleeping, fighting, watching movies, and games played along the way (by the way...Libby thinks it is fun to play "I spy" with her two color blind brothers-"I spy something green...ha,ha,ha")

Then we finally arrived at our destination FLORIDA!

We spent 5 fun, sun, and sand filled days at the beach.  Then headed home by way of Tennessee. -out of the way?-probably- but that is how we roll.  Great trip!
