This was my quick, easy, and the best part is free project for the week. It was inspired by Manuela at http://thefeatherednest.typepad.com/the_feathered_nest/ ...I just love her blog, which also probably explains my new found interest of toile! I did this as a trial run above the window in my bathroom (because no one ever goes back there but Jason and I, so if it didn't turn out well, no big deal) and I like the way it turned out. It is on the wall across from the door so it is the first thing I see in the mornings. Very good verse to start my day! Next I am going to try this on the wall in the boys roomGod,
Please tell Mama that real cowboys don’t take baths. They just dust off.
Amen
If it turns out as well, Libby wants one in her room also. I will try to find a good one for her...maybe something about a princess??? I used Jason's phone to take this picture if you were wondering! Hope everyone has a good weekend!

You don't have to have any talent to do this! You just print it off of the computer like you want it, on the back of the paper you scribble (for lack of a better term) with a pencil, then tape it to the wall and trace around the letters with a dull pencil (I used a pen...just so it doesn't go through the paper) the lead from the back of the paper leaves a pattern on the wall then just use a paint pen or I used a black sharpie on this and it worked. I first tested it behind the door right next to the trim to see how the sharpie would stick to the paint.
I will will have to try that.
Do you like how i am such a blogging geek that i post my comments twice. I guess it was just shows how i really liked it!!
